Terms and Prices

There are two fees for using SOS: an initial setup fee and a monthly support fee.

Initial Setup

The initial setup fee is $8000 for a hub license. This includes:

• One top-level hub configured for your company's needs.
• An unlimited number of configurable signage programs and catalogues.
• An unlimited number of catalogue and inventory items.
• An unlimited number of orders.
• Up to twelve hours of configuration, data import, and on-site training.
• SSL encrypted web connection and daily off-site data backups.
• Instant access to updates, improvements, and fixes to the application.

Monthly Support Fee

The monthly fee is based on the number of registered logins set up for your hub:

1-20	$150.00
21-100	$350.00
101-250	$500.00
More than 250	$500 + $1 for each additional login

For example:

• 10 logins would cost $150 / month
• 45 logins would cost $350 / month
• 120 logins would cost $500 / month
• 500 logins would cost $750 / month
• 1000 logins would cost $1250 / month

Pre-paid Year discount

Paying for an entire year of monthly fees up front will only cost ten months rather than twelve months.

For example:

• 10 logins prepaid for a year would cost $1500 instead of $1800.
• 45 logins prepaid for a year would cost $3500 instead of $4200.
• 120 logins prepaid for a year would cost $5000 instead of $6000.
• 500 logins prepaid for a year would cost $7500 instead of $9000.
• 1000 logins prepaid for a year would cost $12,500 instead of $15,000.

If you add enough extra logins during the pre-paid year to push you to another payment level, you will be charged the discounted rate for the extra logins.

Customization and Consulting

Upgrades are free, as noted above, but sometimes custom work or extended on-site support or training may be required. This costs $150 / hour.

Invoicing is monthly and based on the number of logins, and invoices will show the current number according to the database.
